Table Grades for Maple Syrup

Fancy | Medium Amber | Dark Amber | Grade B

Although we love the good ole' tin containers,
they will no longer be available as the
manufacturer went out of business. All syrup
is now shipped in plastic jugs.

Grade A Light Amber (Fancy Grade)

Light amber color, delicate maple flavor.
Usually our first "run" of the season. Just because it is
labeled as Fancy, it is not a higher quality
syrup than the other grades.

TIP: For the best keeping of your syrup,
we encourage you to purchase just enough
syrup for 6-8 months of use.
