Peplau's Maple Marinade Ingredients: 1 part dark amber maple syrup 1 part soy sauce 1 part lemon juice Lots of whole garlic Lots of ground ginger This marinade is great for just about any kind of meat. We like lots of garlic and ginger, but you need to put in the amount that you want. Start with one cup each of the syrup, soy sauce and lemon juice and 4 cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ground ginger. Mix it all together and pour over the meat. Let the meat sit in the marinade for a day or so. |
